Effective management of MUG’s development in the area of research requires periodical verification of actions and operational correction of the executed initiatives. Diversification of the university’s practices in this matter will allow for utilization of the new tools that facilitate development and extend the scope of research. It will also allow for establishment of new international partnerships.
For the purpose of the monitoring of the Programme, International Advisory Council consisting of renowned experts from foreign medical universities and universities which are MUG benchmark is engaged. The aim of the Council is to ensure a fair assessment of the University activities and provide best world practices which will help the transformation of MUG into research university.
The council’s proceedings will be related to processing reports that contain information about the accomplished and ongoing projects at the university. Organizing such meetings will allow for continual assessment and verification of the current scientific activity of MUG. It will also facilitate continual update of key dimensions of action. Knowledge generated thanks to such meetings will be subsequently implemented – mainly in the framework of Priority Research Areas.
