The ability to function efficiently in the system of modern science is a key competence of the modern researcher. One of the elements of this system is obtaining grants for scientific research. – said Prof. Tomasz Bączek, Rector’s Representative for the “Excellence Initiative – Research University” Program. – The “Young Creator of Science” program, aimed at our youngest researchers, for many of our applicants is the first important test of these skills. I believe that our University initiative is an investment that will translate not only into interesting research results, but also further grant successes for our employees.
