Research seminar "…where discovery science meets clinical medicine"

The next scientific seminar of the …where discovery science meets clinical medicine series will take place on 23nd April 2025 at 2:30 p.m. in the Prof. Zdzisław Kieturakis Auditorium at the Invasive Medicine Centre UCC.

The guests at the April meeting will be Aleksandra Markiewicz, Ph.D. from Division of Translational Oncology and Joanna Kufel-Grabowska, Ph.D. MD from Department of Oncology & Radiotherapy. The topic will be Breast cancer in the long run: from early dissemination to fertility preservation.

The seminar will be conducted in English. After the meeting, the organisers invite you for refreshments – this will pose a great opportunity to network with researchers interested in collaboration.

Dr. Habil. Aleksandra Rutkowska from Division of Anatomy and Neurobiology is the meetings’ initiator. Just like in the case of previous seminar, the event will be hosted by Prof. Krzysztof Narkiewicz, Head of the Department of Hypertension and Diabetology at the MUG.
