Research seminar "…where discovery science meets clinical medicine"

The next scientific seminar of the …where discovery science meets clinical medicine series will take place on 18nd December 2024 Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. in the Prof. Zdzisław Kieturakis Auditorium at the Invasive Medicine Centre UCC.

The guests at the December meeting will be Prof. Natalia Marek-Trzonkowska, M.D., Ph.D. from Division of Family Medicine and Dr. Habil. Marcin Skrzypski, Assoc. Prof. from Department of Oncology & Radiotherapy. The topic will be Therapeutic Advances in Autoimmunity, Cancer and Cachexia.

The seminar will be conducted in English. After the meeting, the organisers invite you for refreshments – this will pose a great opportunity to network with researchers interested in collaboration.

Dr. Habil. Aleksandra Rutkowska is the meetings’ initiator. Just like in the case of previous seminar, the event will be hosted by Prof. Krzysztof Narkiewicz, Head of the Department of Hypertension and Diabetology at the MUG.
