Webinar on writing scientific articles for English-language journals

The webinar Publish with Wiley: Scientific Writing Tips for Non-Native English Speakers will take place on 18 June at 4 p.m. The meeting will be hosted by Radhika Shridharan, Ph.D. of from the Wiley Publishing.

The event aims to address the challenges that non-native English speakers face when writing academic articles for English-language journals. The event will provide practical tips and strategies to improve grammar, punctuation and general writing skills. Whether struggling with language barriers or aiming to improve the clarity and consistency of their manuscripts, webinar participants will gain valuable information during the meeting to help them navigate the intricacies of scientific writing. It is also an opportunity to learn key approaches to effective communication and increase their confidence in submitting research papers to English-language journals.

Speaker profile

Radhika Shridharan, Ph.D. is a Publisher at Wiley and manages the growth & development of a portfolio of 25 journals in Health Sciences. She has seven years of experience in the publication industry. In her previous role as a Deputy Editor in oncology journals at Wiley, she evaluated the scientific, ethical & technical aspects of manuscripts, managed various aspects of the peer-review process, and helped to publish coherent and scientifically sound content.
